Spot is another doe whose dam we purchased bred to PFF's Dukie from
Jim and Christine Brown of Flanagan, Illinois. Spot is a
triplet and was born on our farm in early June, 2005. The doe on the left in the picture below is Windy Hill Ashley - sister
to Spot. Ashley took Grand Champion Over-All Doe at Illinois State
Fair youth show. Ashley is owned and shown by Mike Earles of
Mechanisburg, IL. In early spring, 2007, Spot delivered her first
kids - a healthy set of triplets. One of the wethers out of
these kids was shown by Ms. Watt of Valley View Family Farm and
placed 4th in his class of Medium Weight Wethers at the Illinois
State Fair. |
