Cool is a doe that has earned a top spot in our herd of percentage does. Cool has one of the prettiest fronts we've seen on a doe and an amazing wide top that we look for in a wether dam. In 2010 she delivered a healthy set of triplets, her first kids, sired by our senior herdsire, Future. Her doe kid was sold as a 4-H show doe, along with one of her wethers, and we retained the third kid, a wether, for our son's best friend's show string. This wether placed second in his class at the Illinos State Fair, and 2nd in a larger class in the open show at the Illinois State Fair. Quite an accomplishment for a first-time showman and a first-time dam. The most impressive thing about Kentucky Cool is her mothering ability as a first time-dam. Within minutes of delivering triplets, Cool had all three of them up and was a textbook perfect dam on a cold day, keeping her kids up and positioning them with her head and body to get them to nurse. She's truly a joy to have in our brood-doe herd. Sonogram confirmed bred to AAB EMP Mo Quo, our Status Quo Son, for February 1, 2011 kids. "Mo Quo" is featured on our bucks page.

2010 Wether out of Kentucky Cool
placed 2nd in class in junior show at Illinois State Fair 2010, and
2nd in a larger class in open show at Illinois State Fair 2010!
We think we crossed her with an even better buck for wether
offspring this year, she would be a good youth doe project!
